Gas discharge on opening, first sip from can light bodied & kinda fruity (hard to taste). In glass, beautiful red violet in color, nice clean raspberry on nose & pallet. Soft & fruity, no metallic taste, easy going casual Pinot. Bravo Union Wine Co. ! This was the 2011 PH Beckstoffer Tokalon. Superbly constructed. Layers of fruit and subtle tannins. Approachable but deep and distinct. I can't wait for the opportunity to taste this again. Highly recommended purebred California Cab. — 11 years ago
