Very nice. Ripe cherries. Simple note, but smooth and delicious. Buy again (if avail) - from Proof Cellars โ 6 years ago
Perfect blend of light sweetness โ 7 years ago
Straight-up California cab with firm tannins that need to unwind a bit; fruit is well-balanced and lingers lightly.

Pretty delicious and the only field recordings offering that I've found in Alabama. โ 8 years ago
At Family Winemakers of California Tasting in Del Mar. 3/5/2017. โ 9 years ago
Very deep purple color with ruby hues. On the nose: a bit of minerals, dark red fruit jam and pepper. Taste: medium tannins, a bit dry with hints of dried black cherries, plum and cracked black pepper. Good value. โ 9 years ago
My husband is a scotch drinker, but, this was given to him as a Christmas present last year.
He landed up opening it up last week to try, and really liked it. Heโs had a glass every night so far.
Impressed. โ 6 years ago
At Victoria's, great with crab cakes, and steph likes. This is a really excellent wine. โ 7 years ago
Bright fruit forward, kind of or cross between a cab and Syrah and almost Pinot. โ 8 years ago

American influenced hop-forward saison brewed with spelt and European hops. Zippy, crisp, and delicious! โ 9 years ago
09' Favia Cerro Sur Red. 60% Cabernet Franc, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon. The CF is done in all new oak.
Raspberry & floral notes on the nose. The front of my palate I'm getting an earthiness to it, with hints of coffee. Towards the front, more to the middle & back of my palate ...Raspberries, blackberries, black licorice, spices & oak. It's such an expressive wine, but not over top! 09 is drinking great now. What's even scarier is that the 2010 is slightly better. I'm sooooo looking forward to trying the 12/13's๐. What he does with blending CF ๐.
I'm a very big fan of Andy Ericksons and his collection of wines. Is it just meโฆ has his collection of wines gotten considerably better over the years?!? Can't imagine not receiving these gems several times a year. Hoping he's coming out with a Chardonnay in the upcoming years. (It might just be rumors) I'll cross my fingers anyway.
