Obviously compared to the 2003 Marcassin Three Sisters Pinot, this one has more youth. This one did seem to be a little more unidimensional. Had a lot of good raspberry on the nose and up front. But the middle of this wine finds an herbal stride and finishes rather acidic. I am not sure if this one needs two more years in the cellar or should have been consumed two years PRIOR to now. But, it is actually quite delicious but lacking a bit of complexity. — 7 years ago

Light in color and texture but also earthy flavors- very drinkable. — 8 years ago
Fruit forward, black cherry especially. Opened up brilliantly after 60 minutes. Sweet, complex, balanced. — 10 years ago
2012 has a nice silky body, notes of pepper cherry — 10 years ago
Each of the three sisters plays a role and behaves in the backseat of this family vacation. As long as you don’t forget about the dog tied to the bumper, this fruit forward medley will tantalize. — 7 years ago
Pichon Longueville estate goes back to 1688. In 1850, Virginie de Pichon Longueville, Countess de Lalande, and her two sisters inherited three-fifths of the vineyard from their father. In 1978, May-Eliane de Lencquesaing inherited the property. Nice aromas of fruit, herb & spice on this blend of of 53% Cab Sauv & 40% Merlot, adding Cab Franc & Petit Verdot. Black fruit flavors, ripe soft tannins, impressive acidity, good balance drinks well now and will cellar nicely for a few years! — 8 years ago
The Sea Ridge Chardonnay is rich and ample all in the Martinelli style but well balanced. Lemon pie, custard, ripe melons and French oak. Not the most subtle wine but very good in its own right. — 8 years ago
Light, well balanced but not complex; subtle spice in bouquet, subtle spice and floral on the palate; good even slightly brown color. Better with a salmon mascarpone ravioli with cream sauce than with a spicy seafood penne pasta. Should work quite well with fresh tomato sauce pasta. (CT81316) — 10 years ago

Great bottle for the price. Great all around actually. — 7 years ago
Pleasantly surprised by this Norton grown on the Dahlonega Plateau. Reminded me of a spicy zin. Great with steak and BBQ. — 7 years ago
Right out of the bottle rich and silky and full of cherries and nice tannin finish. Very terroir nose but opens o to a fruity dry flavor — 8 years ago
I would put this in a blind tasting against marcassin three sisters vineyard... — 8 years ago
Juicy! There aren't a lot of Tempranillos in the Okanagan, but this new one has a lot going for it. A real thirst quencher here dripping with fruit. You feel the 14% alcohol on the finish, but not in a nasty hot way. — 9 years ago

Very nice and would you believe super balanced — 10 years ago
Was a great wine went well with some finger foods on a nice day at the Vinyard. — 10 years ago

Another great vintage - a slightly sweeter version of the 2015 vintage we already love. — 7 years ago
