Just balanced thread of Shiraz pepper and velvet consistency on the tongue. Will age very well, but very good now also. — 7 years ago
This was very elegant and exotic at the same time. The texture is amazing, and the aroma reminds me of banana cream pie. If this is what higher end WA state chard tastes like, count me in! — 8 years ago
Pear-citrus on the nose. Lemon grass, mild acid, nice minerality @the beginning of the bottle. But - Wow this mellows with some time. Palmelo on the nose. Smooth pear with a little citrus, a little sweetness. Love this one! (Chicken curry w/ rice) — 8 years ago
Citrus and slate. Laser like and pure. Slightly off dry with great depth and body. — 9 years ago
Great white wine- just sweet & fruity enough; enjoyed at River Cafe — 11 years ago
Rich aroma with dry taste. I am enjoying, and price was reasonable. — 6 years ago
This is the '05 so-called "Blue Label" which isn't very blue, but I digress. I was a little rough on the last Lillian I opened, which I believe was the '06 regular bottling. It was a might underwhelming. This bottle has more highs than lows. Inky black color. Swirl the wine and you can't count the legs in the glass. Absolute knockout nose of licorice, spice and Dr Pepper. Best part of the experience for me. SO inviting. The downside is that the fruit is a little muted. Still some black fruit essence, however. And a bit hot on the finish. I guess I would still say it's best days are in the rear view mirror, but I'll hang on to a few to revisit somewhere down the road. Apologies to @Bill Bender for the absence of breasts in the photo. — 8 years ago

Count me in as a new vermouth fan. — 7 years ago
Great fruit, finishes dry and smooth! — 7 years ago
An easy to drink dry Riesling with a smooth finish. Well balanced light citrus notes with a hint of kiwi and lychee. More on the sweeter side of dry Riesling, but not a sweet Riesling. Loved it. — 8 years ago
Nice blend. Deep berry fruits, blueberries, blackberry, and a hint of brown sugar sweetness without being a sweet wine. Delish! — 8 years ago
2014 has come to fruition!! Brown sugar beaches awash in maple nut, peach stone, amarula fruit and cinnamon bread aromas knitted tightly with golden malt thread. Perfect texturally, velvety brown sugar, cedar, sweet tobacco, vanilla bean, chocolate milk, vanilla extract on applewood. The full spectrum! — 8 years ago
Very well balanced. Always chard you can count on — 9 years ago
I can count the vintage Sherry's I have had on one hand and this rich Oloroso deserved to be drunk unblended. — 11 years ago
