Intense mineral and citrus notes on the nose followed by Stone fruit and fresh cut white flowers. The palate is full of bright citrus, green apple, under ripe pineapple and inorganic earth followed by racing acidity. Finish is long and clean — 10 years ago
Racing acid backed by waxy lemon, minerals, wool, slight petrol funk, long tart finish. A very unique geeky food wine. Paired great with a Greek salad and tilapia with lemon, pepper, oregano. — 11 years ago

I found this remarkable Chenin bursting with pears, apricots, lychee, and others with a fuller body too. It was sweet without being sugary. This is one of those bottles that sends your mind racing with the possibilities in the kitchen. — 10 years ago
The most unique of its kind. It's so Loire it's not Loire. One of the only natural winemakers in the area swims against the current by not picking early or implementing chaptilization. It's commonplace to use this strategy to avoid botrytis, but this dude is living and letting be. Rich and exotic with mineral spine as opposed to racing acid and lime zest. Serious learning experience. — 10 years ago
Tight but elegant. Racing acidity. Give some time for the beauty to show! — 12 years ago
Smoke show Riesling! Racing acidity, petrol and honeysuckle and all that one the nose but bone dry with a lot of minerality. Super refined and clean as fuck. Very pretty not showy Riesling. Outstanding with food. High abv. - 13.5! Watch out, bc this stuff is poundable and doesn't drink like it has any punch but she'll get ya. — 11 years ago
Great on so many levels. Perfectly balanced between Semillon's richness yet the acidity was racing. Each sip saw the wine unfold and reveal more of itself. — 13 years ago
