No premix here…rich, full but balanced and has a long road ahead. Virtually no signs of age. Feel like it needs another 10. — 7 years ago
Lovely wine. Notes of strawberries and some cranberry underlying it. Perfect summer wine. — 8 years ago
Broad texture, loads of fruit, plenty of refreshing acidity! 👌 spring is here, even if its rainy and cool. — 8 years ago
Showing well. Moderate Chablis character with good balance. Have had some premox issues with this producer but this bottle was fine. — 9 years ago
Purchased at Binnys September 2023. Might be better to save a bottle from 2017, but it was still very delicious. I’m trying more wines from France’s Rhône Valley in anticipation of visiting there in 2024.

Bright and citrusy. Would drink again. — 4 years ago
Tried a sample at a wine tasting bar in store. Very pleasant - not aged in oak which I prefer. — 5 years ago
Fruit driven with seducing upper palate acidity and gulpy mouth watering tension. Natural and pure. Holds oxidation for around one hour - be aware. — 6 years ago

Almost menthol - all of the jam is nicely integrated. Just a hint of smoke and intrigue. — 8 months ago
Picked this up a few months ago from the state store when I saw Louis Dressner. Seems different from the only other fleurie I’ve had. Lots of earth juice with raspberry. — 3 years ago
Fruity, with some menthol; med bodied with moderate tannins. Little sour on the finish. — 4 years ago

Sipping Fine Wine
Taking its name from the sea and sun – the two forces of nature that shape its character. Pale lemon, aromas of Stone and tropical fruits, with floral and sweet spice notes. On the palate flavors of apple, peach & apricot with lemon zest and toasty vanilla notes. Smooth long finish, well balanced, nice acidity, ending with fruit, vanilla oak and mineral character. Sip’s well now. Pair this with some pan seared white fish. — 8 months ago
