A new age, West Coast interpretation of an old world grape. This one has had 24 hours of skin contact, so it’s almost an orange wine... And it’s had very little futzing in the barrel, so almost a natural. Apricot, pear, honey and dank minerality. — 5 years ago

Orange, pear, apple. Slight minerality. Very structured with round finish. — 7 years ago
High acidity with saline quality framing citrus and stone fruit. — 7 years ago
Buttered popcorn, subtle vanilla, and lime zest on the nose that translates to a creaminess on the front then raging acidity on the finish. Really interesting wine! — 7 years ago
Bold maneuver by Joe Swick of co-fermenting Pinot Gris & Noir results in a pleasurable puzzle of a wine, like listening to Ornette Coleman get rid of chord changes, this wines interacts w perceptions at a radical pace. The Pinot Gris actually supplies more tannic chew that buzzes on the palate while the Noir presents a folk melody structure to wrap your mind around. The collision is rather haunting, and I can't wait to understand how it goes with food in surprising ways. I'm gonna glass this sucker at Americano! — 8 years ago

Swick. Skin contact gewurtz. Not a light wine. 13%. Looses the gewurtz character but a highly enjoyable orange wine. Great with food. wood grilled vegetables. — 5 years ago
More pear and melon notes than your regular muscadet! A little more generous through the palate too. 🧂 🍈 — 5 years ago
Very tasty. Served initially too cold but opened up and revealed itself. Given the hipster name, I wasn’t sure what to expect. But it was well-balanced, fresh, and lemony. Will be seeking out more Oregon chardonnay. — 6 years ago
