There is no word to describe this wine. FANTASTIC, complete, wholesome wine. Had it with Caribou & Raspberry Point oysters and it was just a match made in heaven. A surprisingly full bodied white wine with a sweet finish to the palette. Very mineral which enhanced the oysters' flavours. It would be one of the rare white wines I WOULD have everyday and in reserve at home! Excellent! — 12 years ago
