I tried the 2010 Donkey and Goat El Dorado Syrah today. This Syrah has a nice aroma of earth, tobacco and some spice on the nose. Once it breathes I thought there was a combination of cherries and raspberries, however, my company thought there was more plum and cherries prevalent. You will have to try it to see what you think. This wine had a lingering finish that allowed you to savor the flavors that beckoned you to want more, which as Martha Stewart would say " it is a good thing". Overall this was a nice drinking wine that I think will be enjoyable for a several years to come. I hope you try it and enjoy it. #donkeygoat #eldorado #fenaughtyvineyard #syrah — 11 years ago
