Really interesting flavor. Clean and a little dry, but still sweet and fun to drink. — 10 years ago
Deep purple color drove anticipation. Excellent start with a interesting nose which was not as bold as expected. However, I appreciated the fruit which was presented. The texture as you drink still remains delicate, yet pleasing. Plum and cherry with soft tannins. A finish that doesn't disappoint which invites you back. Good at $85 if you can find it. Over $125 would be pushing it in my opinion. — 10 years ago
High-toned, nervy and edgy. Bright cherries and a bit of funk. This was a serious gulper and really fun with bbq chicken on a 70 degree night. #globalwarming — 11 years ago

Paradise Springs a Local winery to me developed a well balanced Cabernet that could compete with any Napa Cabernet that I currently have in my wine cellar. Hitting all the necessary smokey tannins and with deep hints of tobaccos and rich flavors of blackberry. Hints of oak seep through the richness of the wine as the dryness of the Cabernet leave and echo of desire to drink more. Truly a wonderfully rich wine for such a local winery. A delectable red for an everyday drink of sorts. — 10 years ago

Good vibrant colour. Good blend of old and new world Shiraz characteristics. Noticeable oak. Went well with lamb chops. 17. — 11 years ago
