Nice wine, still a bit tight, recommend decanting for 45 minutes. Opens up to a dusty white pepper and oak bouquet. Dark black cherry and cranberry fruit. Licorice . Black pepper and a bit of limestone on the finish. Really nice as it opens up! — 11 years ago

Rosé means dry. Usually opposite in finish from how it starts (fruity on nose is dry and dry citrusy is fruity on finish). Great with BBQ. Tannins make you salivate. Pan-seared sweet carrots with Thai yogurt dip. Creates umami (wave in your mouth).
