Oaky but bright and exceedingly thirst quenching (nice Teutonic acidity). — 8 years ago

Interesting to read through the comments in this wine, it's not for everyone, but I love it. It reminds me of Big Black, if anyone remembers them from the 80s, the stark tannin structure is like that metallic grating guitar, cleansing, purifying, hard, stripped down. Orange wine is stripped down, it is missing the veneer of fruit and color, that is part of what is so special about it. It is like bauhaus architecture, you see the steel girders and the electrical conduit. This one is particularly that way. With a delicious resolution. — 9 years ago

Just perfect. Quenching my thirst with style! — 9 years ago
Very well made. Aromatics and structure very present and buzzing. Calling whole bunch fermentation on this which showed prominently after a few days, not in a bad way, but definitely perceiving in this tasting the stark difference between de stemmed and some amount of stem inclusion. — 6 years ago
Fuck, this is delicious. Pours the most beautiful translucent ruby red. Raspberry, cranberry, rose petal and black pepper on the nose. Light in body and tannin. Mouthwatering, thirst quenching character. Nice acidity with even more cranberry on the palate. I have cravings for this wine. — 6 years ago

Fresh, light, low alcohol. I could drink this everyday all day instead of water. You could say it's gulpable in the best way. — 9 years ago
Hot day. Cold Cider. Not overly complex but well balanced and thirst quenching — 9 years ago
Delectable red berry and black plums on the nose with an amazingly smooth finish. The acidity is just perfect in this Cabernet. — 10 years ago
Creamy, lime, mineral, a bite at the end — 6 years ago
This is their premier Cabernet. Perfectly balanced- elegant. Tart Red and Black berries with good length and a touch of mint. Good acidity in the finish Just delightful with our grilled lamb chops on this cold blizzard night! At home with PJ my wife — 8 years ago

Slight golden hue from a little age. Absolutely refreshing, thirst quenching. Great with a blistered shishito starter. Light body, subtle primary notes with hints of Meyer lemon, stone, apricot and dried up blood orange? — 5 years ago
