The Marigny Direct Press Sur Lie Pinot Gris

Whoa! This was a surprise. Tart apple, Brie cheese. Slightly effervescent. In that ABv sweet spot as well. Drink with impunity. — 5 years ago

Disco Nap Willamette Valley Trousseau Gris Pinot Gris

Power nap of Pinot Gris and Chardonnay - utterly awesome. Easy on the eyes and deep inside. Restorative and stimulating.

Big and sturdy from time in oak. Blood oranges, green herbs, peanut brittle, and Palo Santo. The weirdest mix of wonderful things.

Funky for sure but not overwhelmingly so. The reports of tart cherry are spot. on. The Marigny never disappoints. — 5 years ago

The Marigny Single Vineyard Series Roots Estate Vineyard Pinot Noir 2015

Second bottle of this in as many weeks. This one was quite different than the first. Definitely a lot of VA in this one. Strong acetone smell for about the first 15 minutes but most of it eventually blew off. Less fruit-forward than the last bottle. — 7 years ago

Reggie Willamette Valley Pinot Noir - Pinot Gris Blend

Reggie is no nickname and no caricature either. He’s a stern faced cool Oregan Pinot with a splash of Pinot Gris for some lift.

Freshly stripped cedar and oils of minty wintergreen and peppercorn. Crushed raspberries and macerated strawberries growing wild in the thick of a dark forest.
