Raspberry, watermelon, citrus with slight mint. — 7 years ago
Nice clean sweeter American whiskey ...third one that night though — 8 years ago
Great balance with the tartness and acidity of the raspberries cutting through the sweetness. — 8 years ago
2010 vintage. At La Cabotte in Nuits St George. Medium lemon hue. On the nose, highly concentrated and pure - mineral chalkiness, lemon citrus fruits, purity of aromas. Still very youthful but obviously refined and complex. On the palate, medium acidity, medium plus silky body, medium alcohol. High concentration - almond paste, honeyed and rich without being over whelming or difficult to consume many glasses of it! Long, but not lingering, length. Very refined and elegant. Superb wine. Drink now until 2036. — 9 years ago
Roses and lychee. This vintage had more citrus pith as well. — 9 years ago
A little lighter in body than a lot of cabs. Not overly tannic. Smooth and drinkable. — 6 years ago
Jalapeño, bell pepper, habanero, cilantro, onion all uncooked and added in separate times during my distillation. Smells like fresh salsa and taste amazing. — 7 years ago
Bartlett Pear eau de vie. (Lot PB-08)
This will be my initial experience with this bottle after passing it in my local shop numerous times and pondering the eventual purchase.
Ok... Just like everything else made under the roof at St. George's, this is crazy juice, nose is intense peeled pear skin and the palate has the truest expression of pear I've ever known. All this is distinctly Bartlett Pear, no question. Wow, perfect close to the evening. — 7 years ago
Kind of profound? I mean, this is kind of a cru nuit st George in disguise. Crazy good. Beats the 2014 by a stretch. — 9 years ago
A stunning new world pinot.... You really should not look for this wine. It's a baby and will last 20 more years.....wow what a wine. This would fool you for a mature burgundy. Definitely nuit st George esque in terms of fruit and masculinity this wine rocked. The folks I was tasting wine wondered if this could pair with steak.... Go figure. — 9 years ago

Old George shows the longevity of his wine and the massive vintage potential in 1976 — 8 years ago
My favorite gin to accompany tonic. Without a doubt more effervescent than hendrick's, but would recommend their dry gin for a gin martini. Very floral and delicious, little bit of spice. — 9 years ago
