Very deep purple color. On the nose black plum and currant with some spices. On the palate it is full bodied with ripe black berry and pepper flavors. — 12 years ago
Cabernet heaven, dó try one if you Can, it might normale you giggle but Will make you smile — 13 years ago
Seductive nose of blueberry, cassis, cedar, dark roasted coffee bean,, nutmeg, peppery spice, touch of barnyard, and hint of tobacco. Probably the most harmonious palate I’ve had in an Aussie Shiraz. The oak and alcohol are totally integrated, with ample acidity and soft elegant tannins. Powerful and graceful.

Minty. Black currant. Super smooth. Very far from a standard Shiraz glop bomb. Surprisingly fresh and lively at 13 years old. — 9 years ago

Best vine ever and a winner if you Luke a kick, Best derved with Healy gravy buy if you Can get it — 12 years ago
Big bold delicious with blackberry and blueberry. Minty notes, medicinal, with smoke/vanilla/toast, and some tertiary notes of leather and peppercorn. Tannins smooth, easy to drink...its very tasty, but just too much alcohol in the end..no doubt a long finish, but with that finish, I could blow fire... — 5 years ago

Drank in 2019 with grilled steaks. Ultra rich and smooth - taste of prunes and dark berries. Probably the best syrah I’ve ever had. — 7 years ago
Nice, medium light — 10 years ago
Bang for ya buck!! — 11 years ago
The garnet/purple '12 Shingleback Shiraz 'Red Knot' offers a rich nose of black cherry, plum and earth aromas with secondary hints of spice, tar, licorice and dark cocoa. The medium-bodied mouth is lively with huge jammy blackberry and anise flavors, with subtle oak and smooth tannins. Vibrant long finish. A lot of wine for the money! — 12 years ago
This one's a keeper!!! — 13 years ago
