Crisp / refreshing — 7 years ago
Very well balanced with a very small bit of sweetness but a nice bit of funkiness matched with a crisp, dry, slight white pepper thing going on. Real nice beer. — 8 years ago

Interesting profile: dried cherries, granny smith, cedar box, with a hint of a big red wine (AUS Shiraz, etc.). Not a lot of carbonation, would have liked to have opened a bottle a year ago to see what role aging has played (bottled 1/16/15). — 6 years ago
Sour and excellent — 8 years ago
Sour Red Cherry, Gamey 'natural' aromas, floral perfume. Subtle grippy tannins with high cleansing acidity and great length. — 8 years ago
Light flavoured regular beer — 6 years ago
Fantastic. Smooth, elegant and classic. Rioja like it should be, with nose of pepper, sour cherry and pepper finish. Start is leather and earth. A great wine. — 6 years ago

Liaison and it’s drooling but soon it will be Mozart. Gorgeous. Spicey cranberry, earthy and forest scents. Hints of citrus and citrus peel. Superb aromas. Limpid pretty color as well. Palate is superb. Silky and sexy with lovely sweet and sour fruit. Loads of cherries and so pure. What balance and purity. Such a beautiful wine. Wow. What a showing. — 5 years ago
