Rye Whisky

Recommended by my customer in Alabama. He said it's what they prefer drink in the South, rather than the more commercial local brands. — 10 years ago

St. George Spirits

Absinthe Verte

Orange peel citrus spritzer with mint and crystalline honey notes couched in licorice/anise and unrefined sugar nose. Almost gingerbread.this little capuchin monkey drummed on my tongue with his voodoo thigh-bone until it's underside was ringed with sudsy bathtub botanicals.black licorice monkey milk, with citron eyes in vanilla merengue. Mouth tingling residues. — 11 years ago

Trio St. George Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2009

Blackberry, blackcurrent, cedar, tobacco, sweet tomato purée, liquorice and capsicum. Structure is super impressive too. Could throw down now, but they'd best be used as dust collectors for now — 11 years ago

Suvla

Sir Gallipoli Peninsula Syrah Merlot 2011

En az 2 saat havalandirmak gerek. Shiraz'in agirligi hissediliyor ancak yeterince havalandiginda meyve koku ve tadi ortaya cikiyor. Dengeli. Suana kadar ictigim en iyi Suvla. Muhtesem. Havalandikca tadinda olusan degisim cok keyifli. — 11 years ago

It is Turkish. But what I am saying is: it is dominated by Syrah then Merlot. There is also touch of Karasakız, cabernet Franc and grenache noir. It should at least wait 2 hours. Very nice to see how taste changes by time. Very suprising. It is well composed, deep and balanced.
