Nose of sweet lemon, ripe white peach, ripe yellow delicious apple, slight floral/white blossom, evidence of chalky inorganic earth.
Palate confirms nose. Crisp, slight effervescence, med plus acid, med alcohol, med plus(ish) complexity, med plus finish.

Scent: tangerine, apple, Japanese pear, peach
White and yellow flowers, soap,
Hint of yogurt and honey,
bread, yeast, spice like coriander, clove, white pepper,
mineral, chalk, beer, carbonate water.
Less sweetness, fresh and vivid acid, good mineral, sophisticated dryness and finish.
