100% carmenere. Unexpectedly nice. Liked the balance of tanines - feels light and smooth. Fruity, but not too much. Blueberries as a first note. Pleasing experience. — 4 years ago
Schioppettino. Rustic, earthy funkiness. Blackberries, citrus pith, white pepper, brambles. Apparently rare in the US, from Fermented Grapes. — 6 years ago

Light, tasteful, delicate, balanced... Absolutely loved it!! — 12 years ago
22/6/8-10 with scallop crudo, fresh homemade tagliolini al Portonat, frico, etc. side by side with the Gnemiz Sol, this was deeper, more spherical, and more complex. A pretty remarkable range of aromas - from classic Sauvignon scents to richer peach and nectarine, honey, mint, vanilla, cool stone, etc. The palate was very deep and richly satisfying while still being sprightly and drinkable, with tons of minerality that was somehow round rather than salty. This was one of the best young Sauvignon Blancs I’ve had, and I’d love to see it with some age. — 4 years ago

Excellent value chianti. Light to medium body with bright red berry fruit and a touch of peppery spice. Juicy with a bit of earthiness. — 9 years ago
Almost neb reminiscent in aromatics; leather, violets, raspberries, sour cherries, plasticine and dried tobacco. Super red palate with bright acid and med tannins — 11 years ago

This wine is super light but still flavorful and pairs well with food but also so good on its own. It’s so good, it’s hard not to chug it when you crack a bottle on a warm sunny day. — 2 years ago
