This is just some excellent summer drinking. Nice minerally/citrusy balance. Love that chilled zing. — 11 years ago

Kind of like a PX but with better acidity. — 12 years ago
Soft and smooth cherry undertones. Very pleasant, matched well with lamb shanks. — 10 years ago
Yum. Spice, leather and fruit. Youthful but very drinkable right now. — 10 years ago

A light brown, the NV Seppelt Tawny Port 'Trafford' excites the nose with dried pit fruit, orange marmalade and baking spice aromas. Dynamic smoky-sweet flavors of caramel and cinnamon stay with you for a long, long time. This tawny is not as sticky or syrupy as most. Yummy stuff! — 11 years ago
A Riesling comes from the cool Eden Valley. Good value at 120 yuan found in a drugstore in Beijing. Petrol and minerals are the first things that I could recall on the nose. Also some lemon and citrus fruit accompanied by honey and toast or some cream and nuts. Very vibrant on the palate with very high acidity, nearly bone-dry but lingers quite long on the finish. 91 points Drink now and do not age further. — 12 years ago

Wow. Was not expecting such a fresh and full flavour without the acid. Watermelons, limes, and even some coriander in there. So delicious when served chilled but not cold. — 10 years ago
