Medium garnet sweet nose of strawberries and cream caramel. Drinking incredibly well for a 2009. Makes me think this winery is more of a modern style Barolo. Has racy acidity and good fruit, tannins are pronounced with a tea bag sensation but balanced on the whole. Renews my faith. — 11 years ago

Beautiful passage through the palate, very orderly and harmonious, with phenomenal complexity, all in a medium to full body. Leatherly sensation on the tongue. Sweet toasty flavor on the long finish.
