Tremendous effort. Chablis inspired. — 10 years ago
So well made. Alive, vibrant and complicated in a femine sense. I was floored and so was Lumpy Mclumperson. — 10 years ago
Slowly unfurling Syrah with secrets worth hanging around for. Takes a wee while to emerge from the fog of 100% whole bunch, but when it does there's such a range on display; violet florals, black cherries, pepper, beef jus and gravel. The palate is silky and all these notes churn through it.; deep, satisfying and long. — 10 years ago
One of the best Cab"s I've ever had. Drinks even better than it smells. — 12 years ago

Buttery/oaky Chard. Yummy. — 9 years ago
This changes my mind a bit about Chinon. :) Delicate with floral aromas and berries, mixed with a hint of earthy incense. An almost Beaujolais-like yumness. So much going on for under $20. — 9 years ago

Goodness... I couldn't get my nose out of the bowl! Where to begin? Espresso, sweet tobacco, mint, vanilla, fresh flowers... I could have made a candle of the scent of this wine and be in heaven! Upon tasting, even if it hadn't had time to open like the rose it was, still flushed an overwhelming wave of red lush fruits, dark ripe blueberry, perfectly harmonizing with the chalk tinge to the firm, yet forgiving tannin that grasped you at the finish. I seriously need to buy this one and give it a chance to unfold and tell me it's secrets! I definitely have a new love for st Emilion.. — 10 years ago
