This strangely beautiful wine! Saline, savory, slightly oxidized, surprising, all salient descriptors for a wine that tastes of olives & thyme, faded leather, and marjoram wafting up over scrambled eggs. I actually swooned...made in concrete, aged in that for 3 yrs, then barrel-aged 2 more years. Weird and definitely wonderful! — 9 years ago
