I wish I could remember everything we said about this when we had it a few days ago. It's got plums and red fruit plus a deliciously long finish. I definitely remember thinking that I was a fool not to order my full allocation. Excellent "entry level" wine from Jamie Kutch. — 8 years ago
Pork tenderloin. Bacon onion jam. Dark salad. Pepper. Apple. Forman 2007. Yep. — 10 years ago
Rhone garrigue + California fruit = Rigde zin. Ching took the trip to Little Star as a throwing down of the gauntlet and pulled out the semolina flour and cornmeal for a deep dish pie. She even managed to acquire some little gems for salad. Ridge provided the finishing touch. — 10 years ago
Ah, the Rocks at Milton-Freewater produce such remarkable and distinctive fruit. Morgan Lee’s take on the Stoney Vine Syrah is outstanding. Earthy, gamey, succulent, dark and full stone fruit (plum) that just keeps going. This is good for another 5 years I think. — 7 years ago
Best surprise in a long time, had a bottle sent to me from my college roommate half a country away. Very floral, well hopped balanced with a good malt backbone. A balanced beer more IPA than traditional pale ale. Only 10 days old. Would definitely buy if they ever distributed to CO. — 8 years ago
mineral, extra saline, lemon. went well with whole roasted brancino w/potatoes and radish preserved lemon salad. — 9 years ago
Both me and the girl enter our 40th year in 2018, so we are celebrating a couple of days early with the oldest champagne we've ever had. Special is an understatement. Tastes like I'm butt naked, face down in a seafood tower on the top of the Empire State Building, waiting on a helicopter to come take us to Waffle House to sober up before we get in a Ferrari to see a 35mm print of E.T. Endless thanks to @Christian Moses for this bottle. Will remember it for a long time to come. ❤🥂 Happy New Years Friends — 7 years ago
Small batch red wine - aged for 60 days in Whiskey Barrels. Red and dark fruit flavors combine with layers of maple and spice. Can really taste the whiskey! — 8 years ago
Drank this over the course of 6 days using Coravin...still too young, but the wine really opened up by the last day. Smells and tastes like a Grand Bordeaux St. Julien wine as it should. I used to this wine to test the Coravin. It is clear that oxidation starts right after the first pour. — 9 years ago
Just had this with pizza and a Greek salad and it was awesome. — 9 years ago
Acid for days. Pretty sure this wine will age forever. — 10 years ago
Three days and still vibrant wine. Smooth and a bit of oak. Lovely wine — 11 years ago

This ‘94 was rich and enticing - plenty of freshness and pyrazine, vanilla (light), bitter dark chocolate, and young tannins / black fruit and a finish for days — 7 years ago
