Had the 2017 while watching friends anniversary at Ailee’s house with Sakura. So good!! Mineral, sea, oak, toast, mid acid, dry. Like biting an apple! So happy to know more about the burgundy region now and hope to drink more Chablis — 5 years ago

Date night prevails once again!
Bae loves this wine. It’s got that nostalgia factor for both of us. I tracked it down and picked up two bottles. We’ll have to get a case when we move in to our new place in a August!
Light flowery bouquet like a sakura. Aromatics of lemon peel and bee pollen.
Bae likes it just as much as before. I think since last having this mosch, I’ve had so much wine ha, and actually believe I’ve grown into liking Guwerztraminer, Rieslings, and Chenin Blancs more and so have a wider palate and reference point. It’s still great, just some of that aha! factor has dwindled.
Love the balance of sweetness, ripe mango, lychees, and medium acidity. Missing the bubbles, though. — 5 years ago
This stylish brand never disappoints and checking the Sakura expression's 2018 vintage was interesting in that it differs from what I remember from past vintages. Still very flavorful but the mouthfeel seems rougher than for past vintages. Kanazawa has never been known for wimpy rosé, but this one is a size larger. This vintage is worth a try! — 6 years ago

What a winner this wine is. To even call it wine is such an understatement, because the combination of those 3 varieties gave birth to an experience so surreal, that it gives meaning to self proclaimed wine connoisseurs, wanting to experience and explore the 7 levels of heaven, or shall I say, the 3 levels of pure vineyard perfection. It gives purpose to wine lovers, because it serves the exact reason why wine lovers like myself drink wine. The flavours are akin to a nice Sakura blossom painting, with some deep rich red-purple colour palette. A visual experience in your mind that you will always long for in time to come. In short, it has ‘characters’ that play out so perfectly well that it commands its own leading title so to speak. And, the best part is you can’t tell who is your favourite character. This is for those whose drank all the hard liquors out there and decided, “wine is for me”. The explorers. — 7 years ago
Burnside Brewing Company Sakura Gose - interesting. The cherry blossoms comes on the nose, with hints of citrus pith. Light and citrusy, with great notes of tart cherries on the palate. Another slam dunk from Burnside. — 9 years ago
