A transfiguring, shape-shifting demon of flavor and memory. A single sip is like the ending scene from 2001: A Space Odyssey but instead of weird space stuff, it's the rolling hills of Piedmont and 1000s of herbs and fruits morphing into one another. #magic @Raymond Domenico — 9 years ago
Like a top white Chateaunueuf. Aromatically pure and clean with a rolling textural undertow. Sadie is a legend. — 10 years ago
This is the 2012. Drank it on the flight to Australia. Fruit is explosive on the nose without any sacrifice of complexity on the palate. Reasonably grippy tannins and good concentration lead to a long and bright finish. Impressive wine for economy class. — 10 years ago
I opened this Tuesday. It is now Saturday. Still rocking and rolling. Nice work Laurent! — 11 years ago
Very balanced bold flavor makes it very drinkable with some spice. Only the best from Scott cellars. — 13 years ago
Very crisp and balanced. Really enjoyed it. — 9 years ago
Keeping the Loire train rolling. Underripe tropical, lemon/lime peel, red apple, ginger, and a big dose of chalky minerality. So much depth, so fresh, and such a good value — 9 years ago
This excellent. Nice rolling finish. Lingering herbal and mineral qualities. — 10 years ago
This is great juice, got that petrol station rolling off the nose with, a lemon lime zest, and a nice green jolly rancher closer. Good acid, great texture. Banging for the dollars — 11 years ago
Just gimme a little drink; from your loving cup...oh, and the Merlot is good too. — 12 years ago
A red with a great little sparkling tinge of effervesence in this natural wine, rolling flavors of grapes and berries — 9 years ago
First red from Black Ankle. Garnet red with a dark core. Slightly stinky attack on the nose followed by some dark cocoa and nutmeg. Undertones of dark fruits. Moderate tannins (5.5/10) with a medium body. Dark cocoa and cherries on the palate with some good acidity and backbone. Long slightly dry finish. Drink till 2019. Very interesting Label actually says 11/12/13. — 9 years ago
Lush! Favorite new friend. Beautiful red fruit meets Russian River brown earth. Sad only had 1 bottle. — 10 years ago
Very fruity. — 10 years ago
Great stuff. Super into this nice viscous texture, aromatic florals, warm spice, and red fruit. Rolling BYOB in ATX — 10 years ago
A light, dry wine with a light, dry finish. Awesome merlot. — 11 years ago
Like a lazer shooting Xanadu right into your brain. Glorious, rolling, disco light beauty. I drank this and my hair feathered and I was backlit. — 12 years ago

Blanc not Noir. Apple, ripe pear, rolling in my mouth, smooth with a touch of tartness in the finish. Lawn clippings under a shade tree. A plump bird sings on the branch. — 9 years ago
