Did a hard decant a couple of hours ahead and it opened a lot from first taste. Not overly complex but very nice with some meat and dark fruits. Drinking great and went well with a quick cassoulet.

2010 vintage served together with beeffillet at dinner with Sven. Perfect Will most lokalt improve over the coming years. There is more in it. Still 9 bottled in the celler.
