Nose of fermented grains, apple cider, and some aldehyde. Taste of some brown sugar, toffee notes, especially after stirring the sip with tongue, tea and baked apple flavor, hotness from alcohol, hint of smoky oaks, milk chocolate, dried figs, and mango. Aftertaste is some warmth in the throat, dried mango, a hint of zest, and a bit peaty. The flavors are bold but well structured at the same time. You won't be disappointed as she offers a mix of different flavors compared with bourbon and most of the Irish whisky. — 9 years ago
Started off with sour cherry, lavender and the unmistakable smell of motor oil on a driveway. The mouthfeel was dry and minerally, but elegantly so, with a beautiful finish that balanced fruit and tannins. We paired it with steak but this would go well with anything. — 6 years ago

Goodness the value of a value Merlot based bottle of tastiness. Purpley it is. But it isn’t just purple drapes, there is a pot of hot spiced tea bubbling and someone is puffing a cigar just outside the window. Where are you looking to through this wine window? At your friends. Wearing purple masks but they are there for you. — 5 years ago
