Earthy notes on the nose. Slight bitterness but not as pronounced. Red apple skins. Green apple on the finish. This wine wants to be drunk with any food. Good — 8 years ago

Bright aromas tangerine and citrus with a touch of pear. Juicy on the palate with tons of slatey minerality. Bright acidity balanced by lemon and lime fruit. Medium clean finish. — 11 years ago
This has softened considerably since my last bottle several years ago. Nose is complex, with earth, cedar, cigar box, and an incense-like note. In the mouth, it’s rich but medium-bodied. The tannins that were so prominent a few years ago have significantly resolved. Entering (finally) its drinking window. — 6 months ago
Mount V just makes lovely Cab Savs! Still had tannin structure for 3-5 additional years of cellaring. — 9 months ago
Juicy. Yummy. Great for price. $14. — 5 years ago
Balanced but fruit is front and center through to the finish with a soft velvety tongue. The bourbon barrels come through with a deliciously harmonious, and unique surprise. — 7 years ago
Wonderful value — 8 years ago
Almost midori-like character instantly on the nose, Apple / kiwi cordial, peach jelly, spearmint and butterscotch tobacco. The palate strikes the perfect balance of sweetness, acidity aswell as precision and clean fruit. It slips right across the mid palate and glides on through. Pretty faultless really. Drink now or put down for a decade plus — 9 years ago
Rich, pairs well with Italian food, subtly sweet, not full-bodied, smooth, raspberry, cherry — 9 years ago
Nice smooth wine. — 10 years ago

Yummy fruit forward — 12 years ago
Full of character. Cedar comes through strong. Earthy with a heavy finish. Quality wine, but not sure if it’s worth the $. — 7 months ago
Tawny purple, opaque. With 3 hours of air the nose blossomed and exhibited the grace and power of a great Vosne. Notes of black cherries, Asian spice, some menthol, dark moist black soil, some sandalwood and a little rose petal. This powered up with air and showed its stuff over several hours of consumption. Great wine. — 6 years ago
This wine exceeded expectations. Though the restaurant could have served it much colder (their food was excellent BTW). — 8 years ago
Great Pinot. Very smooth.
