I know is a cheapie wine from Fresh & Easy, but I love it! — 11 years ago
I am not a big Pinot person, but I make exceptions for Thomas Rivers Brown. Ridiculous nose, great finish. Was surprised to find this super hard to find bottle at DnD wine bar by the glass. — 11 years ago
What the Riverina should be growing more of. This wine was a cracker. You know, manipulated but full of potential! — 13 years ago
Very much like a great sherry. The color is amber much like an older Sauterne. I got dried oranges and toffee. On the hunt for more bottles. — 9 years ago
13' Rivers- Marie B Thierlot. Thomas Brown is crushing it with everything he touches with his 2013's . 30 minute decanting. The color is golden. A full-bodied wine. Big front & middle palate. The nose is wow! On the palate I get peach , buttered popcorn, honeysuckle. A little vanilla-oak, which I don't mind in this particular wine. A bit heavy on the acidity. It will be BETTER with a little time! — 10 years ago

Super tight. Big tannins. Silky smooth. Very young. Going to try it again tomorrow. Let's see. Stay tuned..... And.... Day 3 just coming around. Cellar cellar cellar. — 10 years ago

Very nice wine — 9 years ago
Cloudg burgundy color. Big nose of crushed red fruit & citrus. Raspberry, orange zest, cranberry, & forest floor. Prototypical TRB Pinot. — 10 years ago
The last RM Pinot I tried was a 2012 - not that great, quite frankly, and I was just tasting some other nice bottles of Pinot so it was a nice surprise when I opened this and was blown away. So well balanced, not a big nose but just extraordinary finesse and balance. Great bottle of Pinot. — 10 years ago
