Melon, apple, stone, on the nose / creamy, plush, giving palate / mineraled finish that leans crisp / presence of oak and slight new oak is apparent on this completely solid, totally pleasurable entry-level bottle 👌 — 8 years ago

Traditional excellent Northern Rhône heritage is on display and proof is in this wine. A smooth red blend exhibiting hidden ripe berries. With an intensity to pair well with burgers and family gatherings. — 6 years ago

This was a monster out of the gate and held its own. Really impressed. Shows age but not softness. Elegant, open, beeswaxy, beautiful — 12 years ago

Can we talk about this label? Who is this for? Anyway, this wine is a stark contrast to the 2012 Tribut. Not particularly noticing the step up in pedigree, which is maybe 2013's fault. Very tropical and soft, quite expressive but I miss some minerality. Not bummed to be drinking it though. Bus hang in Gateshead — 10 years ago

Still young but quite enjoyable. - at The Hobbit — 11 years ago
With my wife. The wine was pale lemon in colour and offered bouquet of flowers, citrus, peach, orange peel, almond, fresh sea breeze and mineral notes on the nose. On the palate the wine showed white flowers, stone fruit, peach, orange peel and almond, complicated by a salty mineral touch, paired with medium-level acidity, a great, buttery mouthfeel, and very good length. The medium- to full-bodied wine had good complexity and tasted concentrated yet fresh. A great Condrieu! 92 — 12 years ago

Initially a muted nose which opened up to white and yellow flowers and with air, ripe fruit aromas - some minerality with a hint of oyster shell. On the palate ripe stone fruit reflecting the warmer vintage - some tropical fruit and ripe grapefruit as well. A saline touch at the finish. Very enjoyable and easy to drink. More new world Chardonnay than traditional Chablis. — 5 years ago
