Vintage 2015 / vieilles vignes vines from #cheninblanc on schist. Amazing smell. Pear, apricot, tropical fruit. And green spices: coriander, hint of parsley. Also an impression of honey. Good acidity. Well balanced. Good effort of Agnès and René Mosse. From #anjou but #vindefrance. Partnered it with red gurnard and a tomatosauce, then with cheeses. — 6 years ago
