My favourite of their Champagnes. The high percentage Pinot noir gives this a fantastic fruitiness. Juicy strawberry and melon with a balanced brightness from the 15% Chardonnay. The light pink colour is from red grape juice not maceration. Lovely! Especially special sipping it at their tasting rooms on the Côte des Bars. — 8 years ago
