Not sure if this is a Jackson property but it's approaching Vérité quality for Sonoma fruit. Big, smooth mouthful and nose of liquorice, wall of fine tannins. Coffee and baking spice. Huge promise for the cellar. Impressed. Nice list at Grill @St. Regis SF! — 8 years ago
C'est grand ... C'est long... C'est bon!!!

A beautiful old world style of red Burgundy! Impeccable power , elegance and transparency . Regis first vintage he made from start to finish was 1951 so this was 49th vintage. — 9 years ago
Weird - this is a white burgundy not Pinot. Very good. At Weimax. — 9 years ago

2003 solid pommard that has some cool fruit Flavors . Regis did very little canopy Managment in 2003 and plows the vineyard to get the roots to go deeper in the soil which really helps in a hot vintage like 2003! — 9 years ago
A bit medicinal on the nose otherwise enjoyable. — 10 years ago
Great Willamette Rose for $25 from the legend, Tony Soter. Great acidity and restrained. Enjoyed it with my bride at the St Regis for Labor Day. Escaped the heat for a staycation. Record setting heat wave for SF, 105. — 8 years ago
Very good wine for a de-alcoholized wine! — 8 years ago

Very good. Had this with the Ahi at the St. Regis on Kauai. — 9 years ago
Just enough flavor, crispness, sugar. Slight watermelon on the palette slight nectarine and wet cement on the nose. — 9 years ago
Had the 2012 (can only find the 2012 magnum on Wally's Wine and Spirits Website, and well worth it as it's above and beyond the '13) on our honeymoon in Kauai at the St Regis Kauai Grill. Wonderful wine that barely needs need to breathe and can be pretty much paired with anything. — 10 years ago

I love a Viognier. She has bananas, minerals, nice acidity, melons and a rich touch of honey. This wine isn’t trying to show off. She just does her job. — 7 years ago
