Very high acid. With spicy buffalo wings. Nice. — 11 years ago
Not a big fan of white wines. This is fruity with a clean finish. — 10 years ago
Would unquestionably be better in five years. But after five hours in a decanter? Notes of freshly opened plastic water wings and freshly killed game. #creepybutdelicious #littlekidnightmare — 10 years ago
Love this wine !!!!! — 12 years ago
Drinking great! Mucho secondary biz with cooked fruit hiding behind. Glad to have 05 and 06 waiting in the wings. #alittlebretisagoodthing — 10 years ago
Reflective, translucent, medium garnet red consistent from dense core to a watery purple rim. Classic old world Cabernet franc nose albeit slightly riper than chinon or bourgeil. Complex with Medium intensity of ripe green bell pepper bell pepper, pomegranate, black pepper and clove. A dry wine with medium body, medium acid, medium fine and long lasting astringency medium plus heat. Palate is recalls the aromas in the nose with a touch of structure enhancing amaro. Elegant, balanced, and complex....more please, Italy! — 10 years ago
This wine goes extraordinarily well with medium flavored wings from Buffalo Wild Wings. Really brings out the taste of sage. — 11 years ago

Deeply and widely concentrated blue-black core with a very slim garnet rim. Reflective surface. Complex, concentrated nose is fruit forward, very ripe, black berry, black currant, cigar box, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Full body, medium minus acid is well balanced with high alcohol (14.9%) but throws a throat warming burn. Slow to emerge but long lasting ripe tannin. Ripe aromas on the nose are confirmed on the palate with the addition is a tell tale black pepper on the lengthy finish. Amazing finesse and complexity - don't judge a wine by its Abv! — 10 years ago
