2017 needs a lot of time. Soft earthy light — 4 years ago
Not a fan of most Chinons Blanc, as they often start life lean and mean, then go absolutely nowhere. This, however, is that rare exception: already tender and alluring, showing acacia, melon, honeysuckle and wet gravel, with an unctuous texture and a fair dash of residual sugar (albeit perfectly balanced by massive acids). Sour cherries and a little spice is definitely quite nice. RC rarely disappoints and this is no exception. Well balanced and harmonious. — 3 years ago
