Super saline and mineral pallet/nose give this grüner intricate interest. I suspect some would argue there is some fruit, but I'd disagree...well maybe except for honey, which is not a fruit :). Started out weak and ungiving. Thought it would disappoint. Gradually it gathered steam and by the two hour mark it was just rocking and rolling, an amazing dense balanced nuanced fabulous bottle of wine that blew away the 04 DRC Richebourg next to it.
