Typical Napa opulent nose with caramel, sandalwood and leather.
On the palette, the tannins are dusty, but still evident. Lovely dark fruits still persist, complimented with maple syrup. What a shame this is not produced any more. Drink these up, pronto. — 10 years ago
Deep, deep colour and aromas of re fruits. Gives the aromatic impression that it may be overripe but has good balance be is medium weight, fruit and an edge of savouriness. Nice wine. — 10 years ago
Me gusta mucho la variedad de uva Riesling. Aparte tiene un porcentaje de Müller-Thurgau cultivada por el doctor Müller cruzando la Riesling con Silver para que creciera más pronto. Excelente para la ocasión porque está dulce pero sin llegar a empalagar como la sidra. — 7 years ago

Can't speak for the other vintages, but there's a reason this made Wine Spectator's Best of 2016 list. The smells start with blackberry and Mediterranean meats, leading to a mouthful of boysenberries, dark chocolate and cocktail olives. Yo necesito los algunos mas pronto. — 9 years ago

Un grande Barbaresco!!! Colore rosso rubino con riflessi granati; naso fantastico con sentori di frutti rossi (in particolare avverto prugna) e rosa. In bocca il tannino è morbido e setoso, avvolgente. Già pronto, sicuramente ha un potenziale evolutivo importante! — 10 years ago
