Very bright nose of mango preserves. Starts out with a sweet-tart candied flavor. Finishes with a nice, warming hot pepper spice. Probably not for everyone, but certainly interesting and well made.

Drink this with food, pronto. Smoked brisket, bbq, or Mexican. Mango sweet on the nose, feather soft on the tongue, clean hot habenero kick to keep you going back for more, more, more. Well-played, Founders.
