Give time to decant. Smooth, full bodied Cab. Loud tannins of oak, vanilla, cherries and wood, with a subtle finish of fruit. Paired nicely with a slow cooked pot roast — 9 years ago
Color of dark amber. Nice nose of green apple, spice, mint, ripe banana, and aldehyde. Taste of condensed brown sugar, toffee, a bit spice, a bit minty, and very smooth. Nice green apple and black tea aftertaste on the tongue. A good bottle with decent mix of sweetness and spice. A bit lack in complexity but overall very enjoyable and easy to drink. — 9 years ago
Like drinking a jewel. Has an effervescent quality. Spice, like ginger, solid fruit black berry and citrus notes. Velvet mouthfeel, rich finish. A delight! — 10 years ago

Wood starting to integrate, finally. Pretty great match for latkes topped with duck confit and molé. Or latkes topped with pork belly confit and picked mustard seeds. — 11 years ago

Brilliant stuff, first time with this one but a real winner, round full flavour with a little fizz in the mouth — 8 years ago
This made with 25% whole clusters. The fruits get much richer & lush and stronger dark florals. It's more well crafted and certainly better fruit. Dripping fruits of; blueberries, wild mixed berries, plums, deeper but softer tannins, a touch of black licorice, dark purple florals, great acidity, the red fruits begin to show on the long very polished finish. Spicy. Blackberries and cherry. Balanced tannins. — 9 years ago
Nice brick color with a pretty high alcohol content. Leather and tobacco with red berries on the nose. Pertinent tannins that sting. Mineral and clay pot with acid that follows on a quick finish. Love love LOVE! — 10 years ago
Locket south Australian drop. Great with Asian food at Coda. — 10 years ago

Our Honeymoon wine... Very silky smooth texture and nice oak scent. Got along well with our kurobuta pork belly appetizer and prime new york. — 10 years ago
2009 very good — 11 years ago
Love this red blend from Trefethen Family Vineyards. The 2010 Dragon's Tooth Napa Valley Red Blend is 58% Malbec, 22 cab Sauv, and 20 petit Verdot. Rich, full palate with lush berry fruit balanced with nice interested tannin and a baking spice filled finish. Excellent with steak, lamb, or pot roast on a Friday night! — 12 years ago

Unreal gear this. Have always loved tequila but this raises the bar, would love to get a hold of their blanco. Single estate reposado (aged 3/12months)- smells like designer soaps; florals, pot pourri, talc, gun powder, dried strawberry, white oak, cucumber and asparagus. — 9 years ago
Funky! Leather and Earth. Great in a Zombie. — 9 years ago
Perfect with chicken pot pie. Rich. Baked apples. Pineapples. Shortbread. Mango. Vanilla. Smoke. A bit hot, but the ample acidity cuts through richness of pot pie. Good for those that like big rich Cali chards, but also enjoy steely version of Chardonnay. — 9 years ago
Cab, cab, cab.. Down in my belly.. You won't be disappointed with this one if you were thinking of possibly buying a bottle. — 10 years ago
