Perfect pairing with my porterhouse. — 10 years ago
Not much structure to speak of, but plenty of elegant, dark fruit and just enough terroir to balance and compliment our porterhouse. Wishing we had a second bottle — 10 years ago
Herbal and minerality. From a 12 liter bottle. Was perfect with porterhouse. Great leather, tobacco and tannic finish. — 10 years ago

Pleasant surprise with a porterhouse steak. Was much more berry and sweet with steak. Tannins showed throughout the evening. Purchased direct from vineyard. — 12 years ago
Very good w/ Dry Aged Porterhouse. Starts off better than it finishes — 10 years ago

Drank my final bottle of 1995 grand puy lacoste at Keenes steakhouse in NYC to accompany a really fabulous porterhouse for two. I originally bought a half case of futures not knowing much about it, as it was my first foray into Bordeaux. I wish I had enough sense to let it age but I killed most of it at way too early an age. The final, now 20 year old bottle turned out to be majestic. Just an absolutely harmonius expression of fruit and tannin. Complex and lively and quintessential accompaniment to a great steak. — 10 years ago
Best Bacio Divino I've had yet! More plush than earlier vintages, displaying cocoa, red and black fruits, but still balanced acidity. For those who don't want to wait, but definitely not over the top and flabby! Can't wait to have this a porterhouse. — 10 years ago

The sent of walking through a field of rotting violets infused with leather. Proceed into a Lush bramble fruit mid palate with a finely integrated mineral infused finish.

Little too extracted for me at this point. Candied sour cherry and balsamic flavors and nose. Tannins and acid were good with a grilled porterhouse. Spicy in the mouth. Not sure what to make of this. — 9 years ago
