Nariz: ciruela e higo ambos maduros, regaliz, tomillo, cuero. Ya mostrando evolucion la nariz.
Boca: Seco, Tanino M, Acidez M, Alcohol Alto. Largo en boca.
Vino con muy buen bouquet, complejo y con buen balance a pesar del alto nivel de alcohol. Excelente.

A cor está entre o rubi e o camurça, aparenta estar maduro. Não é muito encorpado. É um bom vinho, gosto macio, sente-se um pouco o carvalho no fundo. Eu não senti forte o álcool, mas minha esposa achou forte, que aliás, não gostou. — 7 years ago

Second Thanksgiving bottle! Aperitif as we wait for the roasting duck. Dry and crispy sparkling Spanish rosé. The rain cleared out and it’s sunny and 60 degrees here in Brooklyn. Very nice. — 5 years ago
