1995 Heidsick Blanc de Millenaires. Thanksgiving. Awesome! Drank this after the Pierre Peters Blanc de blancs, and this was much richer. Loved this champagne. — 6 years ago

Couldn't believe Tim popped & poured blind. Lovely wine very approachable with both balance & finesse, wonderful red fruit with lovely tea notes! — 9 years ago
Lovely Pinot, but nothing out of the ordinary — 4 years ago
L.440274 2020/12/24 with cheese and charcuterie. This is a masterpiece even for Pierre Peters, a master of blanc de blancs. On opening, that nose of caramel that you only get from patiently aged Champagne is remarkable. Just like many great aged wines, it does seem to pull a Benjamin Button with air - more fresh fruits emerge as that butterscotch recedes. Still, a wonderful blanc de blancs, perfect for Christmas Eve. — 5 years ago
Pommard clone, very different than the English Hill, really pretty, 10% new oak. — 7 years ago
Papa Pietro chardonnay Peters outstanding. — 8 years ago
Fairly rich and warm, very smooth chocolate fruit on palette then peters out. Very good. — 9 years ago
Perfect drop for open that bottle night! The fruit still vibrant and this wine has years in it yet! Superb — 9 years ago
Très bon mais j’ai en mémoire d’une plus grande bouteille. Un peu comme le Peters ouvert la veille, le vin a des notes de pomme mais aussi de fleur et de poire. — 5 years ago
Last of the blind white wines. Theme was new world Chardonnay.
Deep golden yellow, definitely showing some age, easily over ten years. Super interesting nose, have never smelt a white like this before. Notes of chalk, cinnamon, cocoa, honeycomb, candied tropical fruits and brioche. Medium and well balanced acidity (5.5/10) and medium bodied. A bit toasty on the palate with some candied green apples and tangy lemon curd. Medium to medium plus finish. Drink till 2020.

Love this BdB, still quite lean, but classic Peters, amazing for the price. — 9 years ago

Love it. If Pierre Peters is adult 7up, this is adult Apple juice (or adult martinelli). So freaking good. — 4 years ago
