Trayce does not drink wine, but he does make exceptions. Good call. This is like Puligny-Montrachet with bubbles. Notes of nectarines, salt, a slight smidgen of ginger, with full-on kiwi, and cashews. Needs time, but beautiful. Late supper and watching The Big Lebowski.

Nose of chalk, unripe apple, and lemon oil. Still a bit austere, but the potential is there, particularly a wonderful, focused acidity. Best in a few more years. (Disgorged January 2014)
