Na boca trás além das especiarias e oleaginosos, um toque defumado delicioso, sugerindo em retrogosto uma manteiga levente queimada que passou por varios condimentos. We drank this with Alexandre LeBrun at home- he was visiting to do some tastings at K&L. This comes from his tiny plot in Chouilly grand cru in the Monts Aigu parcel... In the picture just to the left of the bottle! The cleanest of Blanc de Blancs with precise white fruit and minerality that goes on forever, it is hard not to get carried away with.
