Interesting structure with several layers. Nose is cinnamon and almond, with tangerine and pineapple up front. Has a bit of acid at the end. Good complexity.

We drank this with Alexandre LeBrun at home- he was visiting to do some tastings at K&L. This comes from his tiny plot in Chouilly grand cru in the Monts Aigu parcel... In the picture just to the left of the bottle! The cleanest of Blanc de Blancs with precise white fruit and minerality that goes on forever, it is hard not to get carried away with. Branco limpido e brilhante de cor amarelo palha com tons dourados. Aroma sutil e elegante de herbaceos e especiarias , após aberto por 1/2 abriu aromas mais expressivos de oleaginosos. Na boca trás além das especiarias e oleaginosos, um toque defumado delicioso, sugerindo em retrogosto uma manteiga levente queimada que passou por varios condimentos.
