Recommended by M Bernard @ Les Florets to pair with our excellent meals of roast cod with chorizo and carré of veal. Worked very well with both dish’s. Les Florets has an exceptional wine list and M Bernard is a talented sommelier. — 7 years ago
Wow! Really impressive! — 8 years ago
Super mineral and yeasty, gorgeous nose. Provocative. Pure. Palate is skeletal and rich at the same time. Elegant and finesse driven with more fruit than the previous two and inner moron is floral and green apple but also yeast city. Great mouthfeel and mousse. This is so fine. Airy and finesse style. — 9 years ago

Kraftkar i italiensk forkledning, dyp og mørk farge, med en herlig lukt. Smak av solbær, nøtter og lær. Sitter lenge, og passet meget godt til hjortekjøtt og rotmos med soppstuing. — 10 years ago
Beautiful as always. Some of the primary fruit notes are fading into the background, minerals becoming more prominent. Still, dominated by red fruit wrapped around a core of mineral and acid, though a bit more austere than the last bottle I tried. Intense acid makes this best with food. — 5 years ago
En crémant med lys gul farge med rødkjær. Frisk smak av sitrus og bær. Kremet. — 6 years ago
Wow. Yeasty brioche on the nose. Nostril coating acidity and minerality. Great fruit in the palate. Would never guess 0 dosage. So alive on the palate. Great salinity. Perfect amount of richness. Great balance. Lovely mineral sweet fruity. finish. Wow. Wow. Wow. Bought from Fass Selections. — 7 years ago

The color appears on the lighter side of what I would expect from a Rhone syrah. Ruby, quite transparent but no bricking yet. The wine airs well with a lot of flowery characters - rose petal, violet, and a slight hint of vine stem. Structurally in tact at 4 years of age. Medium plus acidity and tannin. Elegant with, again, floral showing on the palate backed by red cherry, some earthy, and mushroomy notes as well as slight meatiness. Good quaffable Saint Joseph that would do probably better with 4-5 years more of cellaring time. 89+ — 8 years ago
We are enjoying this at Robert DeNiro's TriBeCa Grill in Lower west Manhattan. This is from northern Rhone where most wines are 100% Syrah. This is an awesome wine. A bit tannic, but not overbearing. Good balance and I can't wait for the Spicy Lamb Meatballs! — 9 years ago

Frisk og lett. Passer godt til å nytes alene, men også lette retter eller ost. Deilig farge, og flott lukt. Smak av kirsebær og plommer. — 10 years ago

A bit too direct and rocky for me. Definitely a style. It was bracing and the acid high. It did have an interesting nose of terroir — 6 years ago

Nose has oxidized pear slice, pear peel, limestone paste, died lemon zest and toasted sourdough bread.
Palate has bruised yellow apple, lemon peel, warmed lemon slice, (minor) lemon creme with well balanced acidity to mineral notes. Long finish, this bottle has many, many years ahead of it still.
