One of my favorite champagnes. Toasty with a nice acidic backbone. — 4 years ago
Smells bright and fruity with a bit of floral. Taste is tart but with nice flavors, maybe apricot? Complex and good alone — 5 years ago
I had to think long and hard about this one. So long and hard.
Yes. I will swallow.
So long hard choices, cuz this makes it easy...which is the way I like 'em. — 7 years ago
Gorgeous. Brioche, roasted pineapple, hazelnut, lemon curd, burnt honey, white flowers. Lightly oxidized yet vibrant on the palate, nice acidity, very fine mousse. — 9 years ago
Light and slender. Ripe lingonberries, light brown leather, rose pepper. A pleasant experience. — 10 years ago
Lite, refreshing, versatile and moderately priced. — 10 years ago

The NV Joseph Perrier ‘Blanc de Blancs’ Champagne includes 15% reserve wine and was aged on the lees for five years prior to disgorgement. Bright lemon zest and crushed seashells mingle with Gravenstein apple and shades of nutmeg infused sourdough bread all parade on this beautiful bouquet. The palate is fresh and vibrant with wonderful verve and a soft texture. Kumquat zest infused Challah bread and a bright salinity combine with fresh Granny Smith apple and shades of marzipan on the palate. This has wonderful length as this beautiful ‘Blanc de Blancs’ will cellar well over the next eight to ten years. Drink 2020-2028- 92 — 4 years ago

Beautiful wine. Great taste and freshness — 6 years ago
True to the notes that come along with the bottle strawberry and cherry notes. Some candied fruits and slight caramel flavor. Strawberry notes are somewhat jam like — 7 years ago
New Years Eve 2015. Smooth, remarkable — 9 years ago
Really nice for a NV. Great nose, had some mushroom there interestingly. Drank like a $100 bottle, so at $300, it was overpriced for a NV bottle. — 10 years ago
A bubbles fan that enjoys a slightly fruitier profile. — 10 years ago
