Your nose enters the glass to a fresh baked croissant with lush guava butter hugging a strawberry shortcake mousse filled biscuit.
Corn silk glazed with white gold and watermelon thaws into Pacific Ocean mist that sprays the interior of your senses. Trickling down these flavors is velvet rain water with hints of mango slowly shaping small sands of time on your nose and tongue as you reflect on the simple things that matter most.

Initially a balsamic note that blew off. Cedar and beet greens, tobacco and weathered, dry, dead tree and rum-soaked cherry greet the nose. Elegant mouthfeel with pronounced tar and burnt toast over black currant and Kalamata olives, prune, black sands, red cherry, and blackberry. Chewy, delicious and a sure sign Halloween is in the air! — 10 years ago
