Delectable and smooth. Well balanced tannins. Oak, leather and blueberries. Excellent pairing with steak dinner. Seems to gain some unique flavor note from the Irish whiskey barrels that I can’t quite place. We drank it well decanted, which may contribute to the smoothness. — 5 years ago

Color is light caramel. Nose is quite sweet with aldehyde, caramel, crayon, and hotness strength. Taste is very smooth considering she is just 12 yr old. Nice creamy milk like flavor, wood chips, dried fruits, honey, and flowering note. Really impressed by the flowering and honey note. Aftertaste of warmth, some apple, dried fruit, and more flowering note. A must try 12 yr old. — 8 years ago
