Easily in the top 5 Pinot Noir wines I have ever had. Incredibly smooth on the initial palette. The flavor gently comes together as you swallow and then the intensity of the fruit comes through. It is a very unique Pinot with a bit more fruity flavor than most, but Calcareous has infused the typical smooth earthy tone throughout the experience. P.S. This wine definitely fits the profile for the Paso Robles region and Calcareous' rock terroir. — 10 years ago
I don't drink a lot of P.S., but for $10 this wine is outstanding and it had a lot of Cassis and Ink, plus a nice long finish.. — 11 years ago
This is one of the best values going in the world of wine. Seriously. — 11 years ago
Mind blown...Big Bang'd all over the inside of my skull...intense dark fruits with intense dark chocolate and coffee....love of my life now. P.S. Bo and Brandon, the French are awesome too haha! — 11 years ago
I am a big fan of local wine. I am a Boston wine drinker who has been exploring the New York wine region. NY has some great wines. This Chard reserve, tasted three times at the Boston wine expo, is a buttery, oaky, smooth treat! If you can't get NY wines in your state, make the trip. P.S. Stay at the Watkins Glen Harbor Hotel! — 12 years ago
Spectacular.
P.S. I was partying and not for words.

This is a food wine through and through. A delicious and approachable Bordeaux blend from rising star Stephane Derenoncourt. Well-structured. Really good wine.
P.s. We paired this with Tim Ferriss' Sexy Time Steak. — 10 years ago
Rene Bouvier is perhaps my favorite lesser known producer. I'm absolutely in love with his wines, be it a village Marsannay or an aged Grand Cru Échezeaux. And this bottle proves my love right — elegant, cherry pie infused young fruit, deliciously balanced even at this silly age. It's like a kid who can't lie yet — absolutely adorable and very fun to be around with. Please, please try it!
P.S. I am also very happy to be back from my horrible Southern Asia trip where people drink Jacobs Creek and honestly enjoy it. — 11 years ago
Layers of flavor in this 2012. Olive and black pepper. Great with our grilled steaks. Wow! — 11 years ago
P.S. + 2% Viognier = 😍 — 11 years ago
Orange peel, blueberries, toffee; gloriously long. — 12 years ago
My favourite organic wine so far, excuse me, biodynamic wine more accurately. Classic Bordeaux blend, black fruits with a touch of smokiness, silky tannin, complex and long finish. P.S this is 2006 vintage, an outstanding year for California. 9/10 — 13 years ago
Showed beautiful late...perfect structure. Fig jam finish. (sigh) P.S. Sweet potato gnocchi w/bourbon bacon and apples for the din-dins... — 10 years ago
Love this great flavors. P.s. Let sit in the glass for 20 min awesomeness. — 10 years ago
Only my 2nd bottle of my favorite quaffing Rosato this year. It's a much anticipated pink Basque tradition; fizzy, tart, gorgeous that I prefer to savor as often as I can! Great w spicy food, most cheeses, or just sitting around a porch sipping. This carbonated frizzante just can't help but be festive!
Let the Ameztoi good times roll...oh p.s I shared my bottle w a neighbor while I watched Game 5 of NBA Finals, marveling at Steph's thrilling finale, a new wine introduction to them! What a game; what a delicious old & new friend to watch the hardwood treats...whew what a game! — 10 years ago
This 2014 Australian Viognier by Berton Vineyards is as good or better than their Sauvignon Blanc! A complex full-bodied and actually flavoursome alternative to Chardonay. Dry with flavors of apricot, citrus and peach. The citrus flavor lingers just enough to create a long finish. Great for anything, especially fish. I'm gonna try w a Sea Bass! 13.5% and perfect. Now I have to buy up the rest of these! I'm loving Australian whites❤️ p.s. The labels on their bottles Rock! Gothic, simplistic and secretive (which is why delectable cannot identify it, I suppose) — 11 years ago
Black berries, raspberries with a fruity acidic finish — 12 years ago
Musky berries aromas such as cassis, raspberries and blackberries, plum dominated, smooth oak coming up all the way along with its tannins. Pretty earthy and jammy with cocoa notes. Medium+ acidity. Intense syrah with powerful but elegant palate.
P.S: Its mystery name refers to a time when Syrah was not permitted in Alentejo, planted on white varietals ground giving the iconic Incógnito.

Wow... Surprising the varietal character is still in tact in a subtle aromatic fruit. Crisp acidity. I've had this bottle for a few years and enjoyed in more than if I had drank it prior. P.S. New Zealand Sav blanc is my least favorite but this was lovely — 9 years ago
